Our kids have taken the Bible verse "Carry each other’s burdens" (Gal. 6:2)
a step further: "Carry each other"!
ENGLISH: At the doctor’s today for tests. Neutrophil leukocytes down again to 0,2. Infection count also dawn to 19. She did not need any transfusions today but will get these on Monday. Joyce asked the doctor whether she will be around for Christmas but the doctor’s response was that no one can give you such a promise. So again we feel that each day at home here when Joyce is feeling as well as she does is a gift that we want to make use of the best way we know how. We rejoice over being able to spend time together. Right now Jennifer is here and the two of us just went to the local doctor’s office and got flu shots. We do not want to infect Joyce with something that we can prevent.

What a great picture!
